Coaching Young Adults

We help teenagers and young adults achieve their educational, personal and health & wellness goals using a mind, body, & spirit approach.


Our students learn how to pursue healthy habit changes, see professional growth, and navigate major life events such as the transitions related to middle school, high school and college years. We provide a safe, confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental space, where students learn to recognize and overcome obstacles, listen to their inner wisdom and develop the tools needed to set goals that will move them forward toward their visions and dreams.
